Twitter users and social media managers rejoice…word is that social network giant will soon stop counting links and photos in the 140 character limit of tweets. Currently if you add a link to a tweet it takes up 23 characters and a photo will use up 24 characters. They didn’t give an exact date, but an insider said it could happen in the next 2 weeks.
If the new changes go ahead soon you will be able to send longer Tweets.
