Geek boner alert: the folks at NASA have released the biggest image ever taken. A 1.5 billion pixel photo of the Andromeda Galaxy taken by the Hubble telescope. To see the entire image you’d need roughly 600 HD television screens placed together to see it and given that most laptop monitors display under 2 million pixels you pretty much lose all the resolution when looking at it right now. They have made a rad video though showing how far you can zoom in.
