As far as distastorous new team kit designs go, the Columbian women’s cycling team outfit surely has to be right up there as one of the greatest fails in sports history. The team revealed (pun intended) their new kit at the Giro Toscana a couple of days ago and the flesh coloured middle section is just glorious.
Slow claps for all you ladies.
“The otherwise conservative kit features a large patch of flesh coloured cloth across the women’s lower torsos and groins, giving the impression of a cut-out revealing bare flesh.
The Colombian team — which is backed by the South American country’s ministry of sport and is sponsored by the capital city of Bogota — were wearing the outfit to take part in a cycling competition in Italy.” [The Independent]
