Ah yes..that all too familiar Twitter complaint to a brand. Consumers these days are quick to take to social media and make their feelings known to the public in the hopes that the brand will react and actually do something about it…hopefully handing out some free sh*t. It gives the little guy a global soapbox and the chance to have their say against the corporate giants. It doesn’t always go according to plan though as this guy will know doubt tell you.
