Ok so apparently there is a new world record for the top speed of a production motorbike after professional racer Kenan Sofuoğlu clocked a mindblowing 400 km/h on a Kawasaki Ninja H2R over a bridge in Turkey. Travelling that speed in a supercar is hair raising enough now imagine doing that on a bike. Sofuoğlu posted the following video on Facebook of his record breaking run doing 400 km/h in 26 seconds on 30th June.
Here’s the footage.
Ass-clenching all the way i imagine.
That Kawasaki Ninja H2R pushes out 300 HP. Crazy power. And while it is a production bike you can purchase for $50 000, Kawasaki does warn that it is a “closed course riding use only model”.
