#ZumaMustFall march in Cape Town on 16 December – place and time details
Posted by on Dec 15th, 2015

UPDATE:

Am told the new times are as follows

zumamustfall march 3

………………………………………………………………………..

Ok so we’re all aware of what happened last week with Jacob Zuma firing finance minister Nene, replacing him with Van Rooyen who lasted a whole 4 days before being replaced by Pravin Gordhan. The Rand took a massive hit and billions were wiped off the stock exchange. The fallout from that mess has been immense with South Africans finally at the point where they are demanding the president step down. The #ZumaMustFall movement is generating so much support that several marches have been organised around the country the first of which are due to be held tomorrow 16 December which is a public holiday. Since most of you readers are in Cape Town i’ll start with the marches organised in the city. I’ve checked and there are two marches currently doing the rounds one to parliament that starts at 8am and another beginning 10am.

zumamustfall march 2

That’s a bit confusing. The organisers need to be communicating and get on the same page and just merge the two into one march. I’ve been told that some people are starting at the earlier one and then moving onto the next. I’ll let you know if they merge the two.

You Joburg folks can see the times and location in the second image.

Will keep you updated.
