Not often we seen a brand post go viral for positive reasons hey, but the how-to-win-at-social-media lesson of the day goes to Woolworths in Australia for their witty response to a customer who sent them a pic of his spaghetti along with some cleverly adapted lyrics to Eminem’s Lose Yourself. The response from Woolworths (which by the way is unrelated to the Woolies in SA) is what made the interaction go viral though. They replied with equally witty lyrics.
And it didn’t stop there. The level of engagement hit over 32 000 comments last time i checked.
