Marketing fail – Hershey’s new logo looks like a steaming pile of poo [pic]

Today’s lesson in marketing fails (or win depending on how you look at it really) comes courtesy of Hershey’s, the largest chocolate manufacturer in North America. When creating a new company logo, try not to make it look like a steaming pile of poo.

Unfortunately the chocolate brand behind the iconic Hershy’s Kisses redid their logo and simplified it, and now people are saying it looks like the poo emoji.

failSometimes simplifying things is not always better.

Obviously a whole bunch of people on social media picked up the similarity and made a stink about it. See what i did there? Ok fine i’ll go sit in the corner.
