Outrage as Turkish Prime Minister’s advisor is photographed kicking a protester held down by special forces [pic]

Meanwhile in Turkey…an advisor to the Prime Minister has sparked outrage after he was photographed kicking a protester mourning the recent mine disaster. And he didn’t just kick him randomly…the advisor, in a business suit, went full Naas Botha and proper drop-kicked the protestor who was being held down by special forces officers.

Dude must have watched that Solange/Jay Z video and reckoned he could do better.

“The suit carrier in the photo is Yusuf Yerkel . The close adviser to Recep Tayyip Erdogan accompanied the Prime Minister on Wednesday during his visit to the city, in the case of a mine disaster so far more than 280 people were killed. The image of Yerkels kick is spreading fast in the social networks and could be a symbol of the government’s handling of Erdogan with the misfortune of Soma , which is perceived by many as arrogant.” [National Turk]

Politicians in Turkey don’t play games.
