PSA: this Google tool compares any two foods and their nutritional breakdown [pic]

I know many of you folks are health conscious and if you’re like me and often faced with the dilemma of deciding between rum or beer then worry no more because today i learned that Google has a little known tool that allows you to compare the nutritional values of any two food items. It will give you a full breakdown of what both items contain from a government nutritional database.

All you need to do is go to Google and use the word ‘compare’ before the two items you want to research. So for example if you wanna compare beer and pizza then just type in ‘compare beer and pizza’ and voila…you get like so.

Beer has 1% protein in it…i did not know that. So technically drinking enough beer could give you your recommended daily allowance of protein.

And if you look at the chart there you’ll see it has those grey arrows next to the 100g amount. You could change those and compare them in a more obvious way like 1 can of beer vs 1 slice of pizza or a whole pizza.

Don’t say i never teach you anything.

Now you know.
