Listen up music people…Converse is once again on the hunt for unsigned musical talent to Get Out Of The Garage and be transported to play at the legendary 100 Club in London later this year. If you’re a musician then you will know doubt recognise The 100 Club in London…the epic institution is resposible for hosting some of the most influential artists in the world since way back in 1942. Countless bands have shot to fame after playing at the venue and unsigned South African artists will have the epic chance to play there later this year. And not only that…the winner this year will also be whipped off to New York to record at the state-of-the-art Rubber Tracks recording studio in Brooklyn. Doesn’t matter what kind of music you play..get involved.

    Here’s the drill.

From now until the 8th of August, visit www.facebook.com/converse and upload a SoundCloud version of your best track. Then on the 15th of August, judges Catherine Grenfell, Jon Savage, and Reason will have narrowed down the entries to SA’s Top 10 unsigned artists. Converse will then showcase these acts on Facebook, where South African music fans can vote for their favourite. Simply by voting, fans have a chance to join their favourite band VIP style to London for the gig.

So get all your mates involved as well. You never know..your sh*t might end up famous like last years winner Matthew Mole HERE.

    Good times.
