The global launch of the Blackberry 10 devices took place yesterday and while it may not be a surprise unveiling it did provide some new info and shed some light on what operating the new devices will feel and look like. RIM also officially changed their name and will from on simply be known as Blackberry. There’s plenty of info out there, but i found two videos that will pretty much give you a very decent first impression of what Blackberry 10 is capable of.
Other noteworthy news for South Africans is that the first Blackberry 10 devices will only be available in March 2013 most likely.
Right…here’s the new Blackberry Z10 flagship device.
I’m throwing in two videos…the first a brief 90 second first look at the Blackberry Z10 for those of you who don’t wanna listen to a review, but wanna see the device up close and working. And the second, a complete 8 minute hands-on review from Engadget for those who want all the info.
And here’s the longer indepth review.
And if you want more info then HERE are the key product features and specs.
And news on the BIS changes in South Africa has been confirmed by at least one major mobile operator HERE. No more flat rate unlimited subscriptions.
