Charlene Wittstock wasn’t fleeing her $70 million wedding
Posted by on Jun 30th, 2011

Soon to be Her Serene Highness, Princess Charlene of Monaco only went to Paris to buy Prince Albert a new toupe as a wedding gift and did not buy a one-way ticket back to South Africa says her dad.

The $70 million royal wedding between South African Charlene Wittstock and Prince Albert of Monaco is still going ahead tomorrow despite reports from L’Express that she tried to flee back home this week.

If you missed it…here’s a translated excerpt from TIME.

“Yesterday, in an article entitled “Albert-Charlene: Marriage in Peril,” respected French magazine L’Express reported that the couple had a falling out on June 21 over fresh allegations that Albert was having an affair. A distraught Wittstock reportedly purchased a one-way ticket to her home in South Africa, and then high-tailed it to the Nice airport. Police, acting on behalf of the prince, stopped her from boarding. “Shaken, Charlene Wittstock had just learned a few hours earlier, that the private life of the man she was about to marry….was not as exemplary as she imagined,” the article says.” [TIME].

Eye Witness News however reports that Charlene’s dad says the rumours are a load of crap HERE.

Of course he would..dude can’t wait i’m guessing.

What dad doesn’t want their daughter to actually become a real princess.

What a kak move. Why would she want to marry such a doos? The guy isn’t gay, but he’s never played in the front row either.

And he’s boring.
