Paris Men’s Fashion Week says this is trendy now?! [wtf]
Posted by on Jun 28th, 2011

I’m a jeans and t-shirt kinda guy..so i hardly take note of men’s fashion. Especially the cutting edge high fashion stuff currently on display at Men’s Week in Paris.

Some of my mates are there being glorified clothes horses and i stumbled across a post on the Fashionista blog featuring looks from Men’s Paris Fashion Week that they hope never make it to onto the street.

F**k everything about this.

Yes..this is what designer Bernhard Wilhelm wants you to wear to Caprice on a Sunday.

Nice try chap, but not happening. Nobody in their right mind would ever wear a bright yellow headband like that.

Go check out the rest of the 10 Runway Looks From the Men’s Shows We Hope Never Make It To the Street HERE

And you now there’s some hipster types who are wondering where they can get that outfit.

Its supposed to be Ironic, He based the collection on “things that he believe sold things for no particular reason” for example logos, religious iconography etc. The show was also at a mercedes dealership because it was the only free space that he could get for free. ist taking product placement to a whole new level. and examining the reason we think something is cool or get that need to have impulse. But I think BW is actually one of the most interesting and one of the few interesting people in Fashion at the moment. He is banned from a number of publications/websites for taking his clothes off in front of media. good times
