Steve Hofmeyr uses the K-word in new pro-AWB song
Posted by on May 13th, 2011

Oh Stevie..why must you continue to be such a gigantic cocktonsil?

So i was gonna write this post yesterday, but i wanted my previous post about Natalie the 11yr old girl with cancer from Cape Town to stand on it’s own for the whole day and thank goodness i didn’t because news about Steve Hofmeyr should never ever be more important than anything.

Steve Hofmeyr has released a new song called Ons Sal Oorleef dedicated to murdered AWB leader Eugene Terre’Blanche and he uses the word ‘k****r’ (or k-word if those asterisks offend you).

Hofmeyr said he had his brother Julius Malema in mind and was using the k-word  “in context” with the lyrics. The eff does that mean you cryptic wanker?

“The lyrics read: “My heart beats like a tapping-beetle as it breaks for my volk/ before the khaki cannon or the k****r’s dagger/ It no longer matters where we go/ We will survive”.

He said the song was dedicated to Terre’Blanché, whom he referred to as his uncle.

Hofmeyr said the use of the K-word was conditional to the verdict of the hate speech court case between ANC youth league leader Julius Malema and AfriForum. [sowetanlive]

Here’s the entire lyrics from Stevie’s Facebook page.

“Daar’s ‘n land en ‘n volk in een taal gedoop
Met gebede en buskruit en bloed gekoop
Wat weer en weer van sy knie af moet streef
Ons sal dit oorleef…Uit die kake van oormag deur die vuur op ons werf
Staan die engele by ons vroue en die kinders wat sterf
Elke grafsteen een standbeeld vir die wat bly leef
Ons sal dit oorleef…My hart klop toktokkie waar hy breek vir my volk
Voor die kakie kanon of die k****r se dolk
Dit maak nie meer saak nie waar ons ons begeef
Ons sal dit oorleef…
Ek lig my oë tot die berge op
Waar sal my hulp tog vandaan kan kom
Ag my God jou woorde lê deur my geweef
Ons sal dit oorleef…
Ek staan vandag op jou plaas ou vriend
Daar hang stof oor die stilte sovêr ek kan sien
Maar die geeste van gister sal more herleef
Ons sal dit oorleefBet you didn’t read that at all, understandable though…nobody wants to vomit this early in the morning.

But i do have a video for you CLICK HERE. Caution..not for sensitive viewers.

Good times.

It was good that you moved the little prick to the background for yesterday’s publication. Why the hell didn’t you leave him there. When are you guys going to realise that this little sh1t just thrives on the free publicity he gets from you. Just like the M guy. Ignore them and let the rest of us enjoy Life is Savage in peace!

Ok, so I was one of those people who went to buy Steve Hofmeyr tickets just so I could throw them into the Juksei. Having said that… Kill the Boer vs. Ons Sal Oorleef… I’m not condoning this offensive and derogatory behaviour when I say ol’ Stevie may have a point on the verdict of the hate speech court case.

It amazes me that no one had a problem with the shoot the boer song, although it avended a certain race group but now that steve sings a song that avends a certain race, its a big issue.
Im not for any of the two but feel that if Malema is aloud to use offence words towards certain race groups then the same should apply for Steve.

What do you expect…… Silence is golden, but not in this day and age……….. Evolution, yes thats where Malema and his kind originate from……… So the the word is justified in CAPITAL LETTERS….
