• SA quack doctor offers cash for human and Rhino parts [pic]

    Wow.

    I have no words.

If this is real (the website link is genuine) then once again i’m ashamed that it has happened in South Africa. It’s an image of a flyer advertising cash in exchange for human and rhino body parts.

    quacKDOCTORS

Yep…sh*t like this is happening in our country people.

I got the image from DJ Fresh , but its authenticity has not been verified. I went to the website listed on the flyer (WARNING NOT FOR SENSITIVE VIEWERS ) HERE and the content is the same as on the flyer ….with pictures.

If it is indeed real then where the hell are the police? This is unacceptable and a disgrace.

If South Africa wants the world to take us seriously and not look at us as backwards Neanderthals then it’s sh*t like this that needs to stop.

Will let you know later today what the verdict is. If you have any info leave a comment.

    Hi.
My 2cents, for what it’s worth:
I think it’s irresponsible to start calling it a hoax until it can be verified, given the content. Whoever registered the domain described it as a ‘spoof doctor’, but that could just be some spoilt brat designer who took the guy’s (crazy doctor guy) money to design his site without bothering to alert the police.
The actual flyer REALLY exists. My friend in sandton got one at a traffic light. The website is real and the phone number even goes to a real voicemail.
People go to these kinds of doctors all the time so it’s hardly far-fetched. We’re just all suddenly getting mad coz now someone’s doing it on the internet, and so it’s invading our world. now we can’t all just pretend the issue doesn’t exist.
We all hear about terrible things happening on the news and on carte blanch and we think that if we join these ‘save the rhino’ groups on facebook that somehow means we’ve done enough. but we have a chance here to really make a difference, and i don’t think we can just pretend it’s a joke so that we somehow won’t be responsible for taking action.
Anyhow, that’s my opinion. Thank you.
Nice site by the way :-)

Hi Tamsyn. Thanks for the coherent comment. Don’t get many of these on Life Is Savage! I totally agree with you though. That’s the main reason i wrote the article. I’m tired of the excuse by authorities and citizens that police in South Africa have more important things to worry about. Its bullshit. Its this kind of attitude that allows disgraceful practices to continue.
Hopefully somebody bothered to investigate and is shutting this entire operation down.
    Thanks for your support.

the flyer and site is a spoof people!!! come on now. my boyfriend designed the site for a client, and its definitely, without any doubt, a fake.
no doubt its part of some marketing plot for some company. don’t be so gullible!!

Its part of a marketing campaign for a movie exposing trade in human and animal part trafficking. A pretty successful, viral campaign too, by the look of it – I live in the USA and it was brought to my attention.
