Greatest Golf Photo Ever..i mean ever
Posted by on Oct 4th, 2010

Several people sent in this picture on Saturday and i completely ignored it. Some said it was the greatest golf photo ever taken. I thought meh…no big deal.

Tiger Woods hit a ball at a photographer at the Ryder Cup and he captured the moment just before the ball hit him in the chest.

So what.

Then i saw what everyone was on about. Ignore Tiger. Ignore the ball. Take a deep breath and feast your eyes on all kinds of awesome coming from that dude on the right.

That my friends is just outf**kingstanding.

If ever there is a moment in golf that perfectly captures the good times.

Then this is it.

Don’t bother taking notes because you will never be as cool as cigar-dude.

Good times.

It’s a fake. Bad Photoshop disaster really, there are others with different spectators.

Post a link that says the photo has been faked cinnnamon. Or run the image through error level analysis and see whether its been altered. I found an alternative image not from the photographer in question and it’s from Getty images. Doubt they would sell a fake. The guy with the moustache and cigar can be seen behind Tiger

There’s even a better version also from Getty Images. Shows the guy in question clearly on the sidelines.

Would love to see a picture of the camera man being hit – or even a video! LOL

Tried to find the video. No luck. Or even the photographer getting hit from another angle. Think thats why people are suspicious.

(Btw..i’ve been to Wilberforce in Canada. Small little town. Good fishing :)
